What should I do about my MIL?

...."should I allow him time to grieve?.............Somehow, the word "allow" is not sitting well with me. Your husband should be allowed to grieve in his own way for as long as he needs to. Your responsibility as his wife is to support him w/ love and a tender ear through the grieving process. The same goes for your father-in-law. My sincere condolences to all in your extended family.
