Are these symptoms suggestive of a cardiac problem?

you dont say if this is the first time this as happened or not but it could be two or three things one you could have wrenched your stomack through vomitting the other could be easly a sign of the start of angina but the best thing go get checked out with you dr first i dont think its likely to be life threating to you till you get some results also indigestion could play a big part with saying pain in your upper chest and lungs as indigestion can cause this its like a bad wind pain if it is heart trouble the tinggling gose up your arm into the back of the shoulder is a main factor for this type of experience hope this helps you
