31 weeks and 30 percent effaced?

This does not mean you will have a baby early. You are just ahead of the game. Effacing makes it easier on the muscles when in labor. Your body is just preparing. Don't stress over it. Some women dialate slowly...so don't worry that the baby is just going to drop out of your body. Try to take it easy and relax. Congratulations!
