Should we, Indians, not do some soul searching about the evils of our society?

The problem is we Indians are a selfish and indifferent lot. We never rush to antibody's rescue, but just ensure we are safe. We are the persons responsible for electing these unscrupulous politicians. Do you think anybody would dare to do anything like that if there was combined resistance. And add to this our corrupt and selfish bureaucrats including our Police force, which is the most corrupt and inefficient in the whole world. They are just meant for the protection of the politicians and bureaucrats.With such a disorganised Governance, the Anti Social elements exploit the situation. Do you really think they are superstitious. No, they are just settling personal scores.
