Do banks exchange Visa Travellers' Cheque without charge?

I think it is the same if you go to a place where you see their sign. I got Amex when I travelled to the US. It worked pretty well. I did not have to pay extra. You gotta remember they take your money away while you buy it. You shouldnt be charged since its Visa everyone accepts Visa.
