Ughh...please help me!!!! love is just so hard : (?

ok so a about 4 months ago me and my ex broke up and it was extremely hard because i loved him so much and of course i was heart broken and i felt like i wanted to die pretti much. then theres this guy ive been talkin to for a couple months now and i have really began to like him like ALOT!!! its great that ive moved on but the problem is....he has a girlfriend : ( .....but he says he has feelings for me but he cant break up with his current girlfriend cuz he still has feelings for her too and they've been datin for 4 months now. im not a man stealer and i DONT want to hurt this girl.....but he is truly a sweet guy (not a playa) .....he has neva been one and he has only had one serious relationship before the current one...but i cant stand having to wait but i just cant move on!!!! i cant get him out of my head....hes all i think about!!!! im too attached and so is he too just stop now....idk what to do but another guy is not an option cuz all i will see is the guy i like now...
