How can some people not believe in some form of evolution?

Just look at the facts. Everything evolves, changes, grows. How can some people blindly say, "No. I don't believe in evolution. God all the way." It's mind boggling. Don't get me wrong here, I believe in God. But, how can you deny that the universe is evolving?
