How to change or crop hair in photoshop cs5?

I want to change ones hair to others,(eg; woman hair to gents head...or gents mustache to woman's face..) so how to do that PERFECTLY...selecting hair on ones head makes me difficult.so how to select hair easily and replace it.i want only hair not any other background....or something else in edited image......plz help me this out.........thanks
