How rampant is the Work-Life Balance issue in Singapore?

I think the work-life balance problem in Singapore or anywhere else in the world must be look at in it's different segments. They are demographic, educational level, race, working cl and others. I think the people that got this problem in balancing their life with work are those small business owners (like most hawkers & and all Taxi-drivers) that have to work very hard long hours inorder to survive with enough earnings. It is sad that they are their own boss and yet they are exploited by the regulations and the market forces. I also think most of them would rather have a balance life but got no choice.
